You Have The Ability To Heal

Being self-aware can bring about healing in a variety of ways. With awareness of the self you can regulate your interior condition which ripples through your behavior and actions. Self-awareness is said to be a very powerful self-healer. A lot of people fail to heal by being aware of themselves and their problems even with increased self-awareness. So why is that? The focus of self-awareness needs be directed at the right issues.

Browsing Instagram today I came across the post below from @psychologyoftheday. I find it reflects so much of what people are going through and what’s preventing them from moving on and healing from the past, negative thinking, or a variety of unhealthy patterns of thinking that only holding back from achieving a happier life.
